Once an order is completed, a message will be displayed confirming, if ordered was processed successfully or not. This message will also allocate an order reference number for your reference which must be quoted in all correspondence. Please log on to Rizues website and go to “My account” facility, which keeps record of all your orders.

You can either complete a returns form or register comments/notes on the delivery note (supplied with the garments) explaining what is wrong and indicating whether you would like an exchange, credit or a refund. If the original purchase was made with a credit or debit card, we will refund the amount charged for the returned item(s) upon receipt. Please include copy of our delivery note with your return and post to:
