Manufacture

As we manufacture majority of our own products, we benefit from having complete control of every phase of the clothing production process. With this, we can guarantee consistency through our own quality control so any garment we produce arrives with you in a perfect condition.

We strictly enforce a fully traceable documented procedure system which requires our manufacturing team and all other suppliers within our global suplly chain to follow a detailed guidelines and actions including submission of fabric and finding standards prior to each production run and shipment.

Please refer to bulk production control documents (BPP) to have clear understanding of our uniform manufacturing and shipment process.

We will also, as part of our commitment to you, finance all fabric and work in progress at our factory and go on to provide a fully stocked service from our UK based head office for an immediate despatch as per mutually agreed service levels.
