HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKES TO ARRIVE?

- If you selected our standard delivery service, it will arrive within 2 working days provided order is placed before 3pm else delivery of uniforms may take up to 3 working days.

- Next day delivery orders are despatched same day on a next working day delivery service. We hold no responsibility, if order is delayed by our couriers or Royal Mail.

- Timed delivery slots are offered at surcharge – please contact us on 0345 257 0001 for quote.
Deliveries are made between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. We are shut for Christmas between 23rd Dec and 2nd of Jan 2025.
WHICH COURIERS DO YOU USE?
DPD and Royal Mail – this is in addition to our own transport vehicles used for bulk deliveries.
Orders weighing less than 1kg or addressed to residential addresses are normally despatched via Royal Mail.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, order tracking facility is available – once your order is despatched from our warehouse, please allow up to 4 hours for the tracking number to have been logged into our couriers’ tracking systems. Please contact customer service team for further advice.
DO I NEED TO SIGN IN FOR MY DELIVERY?
The driver may leave your order without a signature providing they are confident that the area your parcel is to be left is safe and secure. They will then leave a card for you to advise where the order has been left.
If they do not feel happy there is a safe place to leave your parcel, they will take the order away with them and leave a card advising you to call them to re arrange delivery.
If you instruct us at the time of placing order to leave the parcel without signature or if you re-arrange direct with our courier then the driver will leave the parcel as arranged however you hold the responsibility for the lost parcel, if it happens.
Bulk or larger deliveries are prearranged with the customer.
WHAT IF I HAVE AN ISSUE OR QUERY WITH MY DELIVERED ORDER?

- Shortages
Please call our Customer Service team on 0345 257 0001 or email us cs@rizues.comon receipt of delivery and within 24hrs of delivery, at latest, to register shortages, if any.

- Damaged goods
Please call our Customer Service team on 0345 257 0001 between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday within 24hours of delivery. Alternatively you can email us at cs@rizues.com for further advice.

- Part delivered
For large orders, your products may be sent out by multiple cartons/parcels (total number of cartons/parcels is specified on carton/courier labels) and they may become separated during processing with our couriers and therefore may arrive separately.
If the remainder of your order has still not arrived after one day of the initial delivery, please call our Customer Service team on 0345 257 0001 between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively you can email us at cs@rizues.com
